As I was browsing the Scrap That Idea store, I saw this kit by Sweet Blossom Designs based in the Twilight books/movies and I immediately added it to my shopping cart.
To be clear, I am not now, nor have I ever been able to jump on the Twlight bandwagon. I know, I know. I can just hear your collective gasps from all over the world. Sorry. I am just not a fan. However, my teenage stepdaughters love all the Twilight stuff so I thought maybe I could do a layout about them.
But when it was time to actually make a layout with this kit…well, I just couldn’t do it. I am really that much NOT into Twilight that I couldn’t even bring myself to scrap a layout about someone else loving the books/movies. So I decided to think outside of the box and look for another use for this kit. I found one. A really good one. I decided to scrap a layout about some REAL MEN. Not the baby men in Twilight. LOL Sorry. Just joking. Kind of.
So here is my layout
In case you don’t already know, these hotties would be Jon Bon Jovi, the man who I was sure would be my future husband when I was 13 years old. Gerard Butler, or The Hot Scot as my friend Gay likes to call him. Jensen Ackles, who plays Dean Winchester on Supernatural, one of my most favorite shows ever. And Gavin Rossdale, singer and husband to Gwen Stefani. Can you say “YUM?”
