I’ve had this photograph for a while, and when I was given Karen Foster Design’s Cowboy Life Scrapbook Kit, I knew just what to do! So, I cut some of the Wanted posters from the “Wanted” patterned paper and mounted a couple on plain chipboard. Then, I cut out the stars in the “Denim Blues” paper and also mounted them on plain chipboard. I just love the added dimension you can get by using chipboard in this way. Then, I used a few of the words from the “Rodeo Collage” patterned paper and roughed them up a little, using my nifty edge distresser from Heidi Swapp – LOVE this little tool! The letter stickers are included in the Cowboy Life Scrapbook Kit, and the crystal embellishments are from Prima Marketing, Inc. I inked the edges of the photograph (and everything else) with Ranger Ink’s Adirondack Acrylic Paint Dabber in black. So, here’s my finished project!
